Q: As a consumer, can I make purchases through Source Medical?

Thank you for your interest in Source Medical. However, we do not sell to the consumer market. We are a licensed distributor engaged in buying merchandise from our manufacturers and selling to our corporate customers in the healthcare market (hospitals and other healthcare facilities).

Q: What is Source Medical's minimum order policy?

The minimum ordering policy varies by product. Contact our Customer Care team for more information about the products you are interested in.

Q: Will Source Medical ship outside of Canada?

Source Medical is proud to be a Canadian operation distributing products solely within Canada. In order to retain our national focus and quality of service, Source Medical does not distribute outside of Canada.

Q: As a customer, do I have to purchase in case quantities?

Depending on the manufacturer, some products are purchased in case quantities while others are purchased individually. Call Customer Care for more information. They will be happy to answer any questions you have.
