Becoming a Source Medical Supplier
If your company is not currently a Source Medical supplier and you would like to
distribute your products through Source Medical, you may send a letter of introduction,
sample of your product and product literature to:

Your letter of introduction should include:
- Information about your company:
- Company name, address and contact information
- Company ownership
- Number of years operating in Canada
- Manufacturing locations
- Number of employees
- Information about your product(s) including pricing
- Your business objectives in selling your product through our distribution
channel in Canada
- Sales force coverage
- Competitive information
- Contracts with regional or national distributors
- Identification of any groups currently interested in your product
- Website address
Our review process of your submitted information generally takes four to six weeks.
We will contact you once the review is complete.
